What ‘successful’ hearing aid use means 

Successful hearing aid use can mean something different to everyone. 
 
For some, it might be wearing their hearing aids from dusk until dawn. For others, it could be wearing their hearing aids in situations where they benefit from using them.  

Here are some definitions that people who use hearing aids have agreed on:

Hearing speech with clarity 

Being able to hear well enough to participate in everyday life

Hearing aids being physically comfortable to wear

Hearing aids that are well programmed to suit my hearing loss

Why we’re asking you to use this tool

Goals and plans are like a map for success. Research shows that they help people decide what is important, stay motivated, keep on track, and be ready to adapt to changes.
