Old name, new purpose: why we’ve gone back to RNID

Help us silence tinnitus

Help silence tinnitus

This Tinnitus Week, help us raise £12,500 to help fund research into silencing tinnitus.

Right now, we’re funding some of the most talented research scientists around the world, who are working round the clock to find a way to silence tinnitus.

Scientists like Dr Will Sedley, whose research project at Newcastle University aims to understand the brain mechanisms underlying tinnitus.

We need to raise £12,500 to fund Dr Will Sedley’s project, which could lead to new ways of silencing tinnitus – for good.

Tinnitus can happen to anyone and can be deeply distressing for those who experience severe symptoms. There is currently no cure for tinnitus – but with the right support, it’s possible to find ways to manage it.

So please donate to the RNID Silence Tinnitus Appeal, and your gift will go directly to support Dr Will Sedley’s research, and other research projects that aim to silence tinnitus.

Thank you.

Donate today and help silence tinnitus.

“The amazing thing is RNID is doing some incredible work, and they’re trying to raise £12,500 for an amazing campaign. And, so, to anyone watching this right now: donating a fiver – anything you possibly have – will make the world of difference.

To hear silence again… to get rid of the ringing… I would do almost anything.”
