Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI)

Another of our core values is how we work inclusively as an organisation. We are determined to be inclusive in who we are, how we behave, how we communicate and in the impact we have on people’s lives.


Our EDI approach

RNID exists to make life more inclusive for 12 million people who are deaf, have hearing loss or tinnitus – so inclusion is at the heart of what RNID stands for.
